Griphon and Ethyn showed up at exactly the prearranged time. They were both professional and courteous. Griphon walked me through the process of what they would do to clean our gutters and de-moss our roof. When they were finished they gave me a walk around to see what was done. The job was fantastic and the area was left clean. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars. In Nanaimo, quality work plus excellent customer relations is a difficult combination to find. Moss Bros. provided superb service from start to finish at a fair price. The work was done with attention to detail and with good safety procedures in place. The clean-up was far better than I could have done myself. And to top it off, Gryphon and Ethan are pleasant and professional young businessmen. I won't use any other company for my home's exterior needs from now on.

They did a great job. Our roof and gutters look wonderful and they were great at communicating their plans/how long it will take. Definitely give these guys a call!

Gryphon did such great work on our exterior windows we had him come back to do the interior ones too, very happy with the job done. And done at a great price. We’ll definitely have him come back.

Gryphon and Ethyn did a terrific job cleaning our gutters and windows inside and out. Our house sparkles! We thought their price was very fair, especially because cleaning the gutters required hanging in a harness. We will definitely use their services again!
