I love this studio—it is brand new and super clean. I am someone who is very keen on cleanliness, and this place truly meets my standards. The studio also allows me to maintain a proper distance from other participants during the session. Most importantly, the instructors are very welcoming and highly professional, especially when guiding a Pilates newbie like me. Laura explained clearly how to modify the level of difficulty or ease for each exercise, and the stretching at the end was the perfect way to finish the session. Overall, I highly recommend this place. The location is also very convenient, as it is on my way to work (via the Champlain Bridge).
