The Moose Jaw animal clinic was so compassionate and understanding on the worst day of my families lives. I called them as my 14 year old dog was having a medical Emergency and they allowed us to come in right away no questions asked. She needed to be put to sleep. I cannot say enough good things about the staff from the beginning to the end of this awful experience. From walking in with our perfect girl to picking up her ashes a couple weeks later. I cannot thank them enough. This place has an amazing staff.

We can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Everyone is incredibly compassionate and caring, and they always make sure we never feel rushed. They’ve gone above and beyond to squeeze us in when something urgent comes up, which has meant a lot lately with our senior cat. They’re also wonderfully patient with our overly excitable puppy, taking the time to help her feel comfortable. Our two small dogs have been seen here as well, and the care has always been excellent. When they weren’t able to determine exactly what was going on with our cat, they referred us to the veterinary college to ensure we could get the answers we needed. That dedication to doing what’s best for the animal, even if it means sending us elsewhere, shows how much they truly care. We’re so grateful to have such a supportive and compassionate team looking after all of our pets.
