I booked an appointment after seeing an advert for a free pillow on Facebook. I asked about the pillow after the appointment and was told that the offer had expired three months prior. Now more than two weeks later I am still seeing adverts for the non existent offer on Facebook. As to the actual appointment, the room was too small so the physiotherapist was unable to freely move around the table to treat me, and the towels were falling apart.
