UPDATE: I went back and (which almost never happens) I got some fillings as well as some repair work and I just have to say I am beyond grateful. Dr Martin is an artist, he made me actually want to smile with my teeth now. These wonderful people that all work together with a lovely symbiotic nature all seem to also understand The Human Condition more than most Medical teams. Their patience and kindness are unmatched. They are incredibly dedicated, they know how to calm someone in a gentle way with no visible judgment, and that is very much appreciated. They all seem to love what they are doing and that by itself is pretty incredible. I'm sure they all have their days but I just hope that they know that what they do and how they do it is remarkable and so unique. I definitely recommend this to everybody but especially to people who have phobias when it comes to the dentist. Thank you so much for what you did to my smile and I will never forget the grace that you showed my husband and I. God bless you all.🙏🙏🙏 I almost don't want to share this review with anyone because I selfishly want to keep this clinic and the extraordinary people that work there all to myself. I have been through a lot medically, I have many health problems besides a real phobia of going to the dentist. This team is wonderful. Nikki, Amira,(spelling?, I am sorry) and Dr. Kirk Martin are likely actual Earth Angels. This industry gets picked on a lot for various and sometimes justified reasons,and it is very hard to find honest, genuine and caring people in the world let alone in medicine. This clinic is like a dream. We have been searching for a dental team to be able to trust and feel safe with for a while. We have had some really awful experiences but these very caring people have instilled hope for my husband and I so that we won't have to search again. The office is warm, clean, welcoming and actually had good music playing at a reasonable level. Even though it was busy, the energy was positive and cheerful which was surprising. They are so friendly, they don't ask you questions when your mouth is full and they listened intently to what mattered to me as a very frightened patient and I felt zero judgement, even though I know I am a lot. Unlike some dental practices, they are aware of the fact that they are providing a paid service and they appreciate every individual. As I sat there in a waiting room, I watched them welcome in everybody with warmth, and even though many people were nervous, the people that I saw leave left with a smile and that is remarkable. I am so grateful for my initial experience and will definitely update my review after I return for the fillings. 🙏

My mom recently went to see Dr Jones and his team at Monterey Dental. She has mild dementia so is nervous with new surroundings and new people. They were so great with her! Very patient and understanding and they made her feel very comfortable . Thank you to everyone at Monterey!

From the moment I walk in, the staff is welcoming, organized, and attentive, creating an environment that feels both professional and genuinely caring. communication is clear, and every step of treatment is explained thoroughly. Dr Jones and Dr Cocoa as well as the rest of the team demonstrate a high level of expertise and attention to detail. They take the time to answer questions, offer practical guidance, and ensure comfort throughout each visit. The clinic is clean, modern, and well‑equipped, which adds to the overall confidence I have in their practice. Monterey Dental Centre has earned my trust through consistent, thoughtful care, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental team in Calgary.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and well organized, which immediately made me feel at ease. The check-in process was smooth, and I never felt rushed. My dental hygienist, Divya, was absolutely amazing. She was very gentle, patient, and took the time to explain what she was doing, which really helped me feel comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. Her calm and caring approach truly made a difference. The dental assistants, Shay and Olivia, were both incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable at all times and were very friendly, which added to the positive experience. Dr. Annie was efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. She was thorough yet quick, and I felt confident in the care I received. Overall, this dental office provides outstanding care with an amazing team that genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a comfortable, professional, and positive dental experience.

I want to say a big thank you to all the staff at Montery Dental Centre especially to my dentist Dr. Jones and the teeth cleaning assistant Hamsa. Every time I go there, they are very kind and very professional. The doctor explains everything in a simple way so I understand what is happening, and he works gently so I don’t feel pain. He is defined an expert and makes m3 believe in his highly effective skills. The cleaning assistant is also amazing. She cleans my teeth very carefully and always makes sure I am comfortable. She is patient, friendly, and always smiling, which makes the visit much pleasurable for me. I really appreciate their hard work and how they treat me with respect. I feel safe and well taken care of every time I visit. I have recommended this clinic to my own family and friends and would recommend to everyone. Very good service and very good people.
