I recently completed the 8‑week GLA:D program with Team Mark and Alexis for my knee and hip, and I now have a much better understanding of how to manage and prevent pain. I’ve learned that consistency truly is the key to improvement. Since starting the program, I’ve noticed real progress—I'm taking fewer pain medications and I’m able to be more active than I’ve been in a long time. Alexis is incredibly easy to work with and always offers helpful suggestions for continuing the stretches at home. With the knowledge and tools, they’ve taught me, I feel confident that as long as I stay consistent, I’m on the right track to full recovery. A huge thank‑you to all the amazing staff at Momentum Health Deerfoot! And a special shoutout to Alexis for genuinely showing extra care and effort every time I was there. Highly recommended!

I have had amazing support from the team. Alexis and Mark have been helping me recovery from hip surgery. I find the exercises so helpful for gaining my strength back and the massage treatments amazing for very sore muscles as I heal. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physiotherapy.

Great care and even better people. Russ was my assigned Physio Therapist and Megan my Kinesiologist. Never have I felt more at ease with a recovery process. Check in's were frequent, the personalized routines I was assigned were very easy to follow and track through the app. Russ and Megan were always adjusting my exercises as I progressed as well as assisting my recovery via cupping/massage and deep stretching. Thank you guys again for helping me recover from my car accident, couldn't have done it as quickly or efficiently without you. Also special thanks to the front desk, Emily and Selena. You both rock!

I have been going to Momentum Health Deerfoot City since April 2025 and there’s only good things to say about this place. Sydney Trinh has been helping me on my road to recovery and she has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. She clearly understands the treatment required and provides thoughtful explanations throughout the process. She listens attentively to any concerns I may have and addresses them with care. Her personable approach creates a comfortable and reassuring environment. I highly recommend her as a physiotherapist!

I had a very excellent experience with physiotherapist Sydney Trinh. From the first appointment, she was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me recover. She took the time to explain what was causing my pain, created a personalized treatment plan, and adjusted it as I progressed. What stood out most was her professionalism and attention to detail. Every session felt purposeful, and I noticed real improvement much faster than I expected. The clinic is well-run, appointments are on time, and the overall environment is welcoming. Highly recommended Sydney for anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.
