Just had a colour, cut and mask treatment at Mod salon by junior stylist Lauren Soergel and it was amazing! She is super knowledgable for a junior stylist and her customer service is top notch. The salon has a great vibe and everyone is very friendly. I look forward to my next appointment.

BEWARE BLONDES - MASTER STYLIST ABSOLUTELY FRIED MY HAIR AND HAD NO IDEA HOW TO CUT LAYERS OR BANGS! My experience at MOD Salon was SHOCKING. The only reason I am leaving a review is because of how ABUSIVE, GASLIGHTING AND CONDENSING Connie - the owner and Craig become when a customer has a bad experience, as noted in the other negative reviews. $380.00 - "Master Stylist" Refused any refund Craig hung up on me after saying to m "I dont know what your expecting" Connie called right after Craig hung NOT TO FIX THE SITUATION OR APOLOGIZE but to GASLIGHT ME - she literally, did not allow me to say a word - she lectured me like a child, eventually she said she would give me ONE Treatment but if I came into the salon I wan't "ALLOWED TO TALK" or "MAKE A SCENE" - at the time of the call I was sitting in my office with two women who work for me, our jaws were literally on the ground, although I remained kind and patient I was not allowed to reply until the end. Connie, are you so broke that you can't refund 380.00? I'm 52 year old women who's hair YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETELY DESTROYING, who didn't leave a bad review, (until you showed your ugliness) was kind and polite, and has already spent 600.00 on hair products, treatments and hair cuts on her own to see what she could do without bothering you. I am going to leave a photo of my hair before the appointment and photos after. You devastated my hair, you shook me physically by your call it was so aggressive and abusive. You are terrible and I have no intention of coming into your salon other then to MAKE A SCENE when ever I am in the area!!! REPLY TO CONNIE'S RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW Connie - you called me and didn't allow me to speak one word, lecturing me. Never once did you say you were sorry, as a matter of fact, my first message to you on I.G your reply was I had 7 days to see the same stylist again - I had hernia surgery 2 days later - didnt wash my hair until day 5 but, as much better salons told, me the 7 days is for a bad color or cut NOT FOR DAMAGE A PERSON HAS TO LIVE WITH EVERY DAY! Shame on for causing permanent lasting damage and not offering to refund your customers.

I visited Mod Salon for a haircut and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I have long, thick hair and asked for plenty of layers and curtain bangs. Dallas did an incredible job! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and brought my vision to life, which meant a lot since I’m usually cautious about getting my hair cut. When I asked how to style it at home, she shared practical tips and tricks using the tools I already owned. I left feeling confident and absolutely love my new haircut. Dallas is professional, attentive, and exceptionally talented at what she does.

My first time at Mod Salon but have I have had the best haircuts of my life by Beth and her former Salon before. Beth did an -amazing- job as usual taking her time to make everything look perfect. Mod salon has a charming comfortable atmosphere and even has a friendly dog to keep you company while you wait.

The best salon! Dallas—OMG she is incredible! If you want to book an appointment, definitely choose her! She truly knows what she’s doing, and her attitude while working is amazing. I came from a salon where unfortunately they ruined my hair, and she fixed everything! She clearly listened to what I wanted, even with the damage my hair had, and she simply worked magic! I will definitely visit this salon frequently!
