🚨🚨🚨 We contacted Aren for mobile mechanic services. He did no inspection or repair, did not check the car, yet charged us $300. After the payment, he stopped responding to our calls. We went to the listed address, but there was no office or business there under his name. During our communication, Aren repeatedly referred to “his team” and said a team member would be sent. However, based on our experience, we only ever dealt with Aren himself, and all calls were answered by him. There was no indication that an actual team or staff existed, and it appeared this language was used to present the business as larger than it is. Based on our personal experience, this situation was very concerning and did not meet basic expectations for a professional service. Please be careful when choosing services like this. Don’t trust positive reviews — in some cases they may be written by friends, acquaintances, or people close to the business. Read negative reviews first and make sure the business is genuinely honest and delivers real service, so you don’t end up regretting it after losing your money or going through the same kind of bad experience others have described.
