Went in for an oil change and they didn't bother to screw the skid plate of my car back on. It ended up falling off and dragging across a highway the next day and got destroyed. The district manager did nothing to try to make things right. He was rude and took no accountability for the work done at this location. Not even so much as an apology. I don't recommend going here if you prefer your cars intact. It’s also very interesting to note the difference in tone while reviewing management’s responses to the many negative reviews this location has had. The managers are exceptional at portraying themselves as reasonable and understanding when what they’re saying is able to be viewed by the public. Dealing with the area manager one-on-one is a completely different experience. There is no empathy and no understanding. It’s very much a “too bad, so sad” approach. There is no standing behind their work. And there isn’t even a passing attempt to try to see things from the customer’s perspective. Do yourself a favour and do not be deceived by the attempt to control the optics. This location does not deliver a good experience, will be disrespectful when you attempt to seek a resolution, and will leave you holding the bag for their mistakes.

Did my Toyota Yaris servicing today. I can tell Mr.Erin did an excellent job for me today. He's experienced and knows exactly 💯 👌 what need to be changed in my car.I will go again. Highly recommend this place . Thanks Erin. Jesus bless you more.

A lot of up charging and up selling additional maintence suggestions. They will tell you a price and then look for your facial reaction and then offer lower price if negative or pondering reaction after. Their work is fine. New ownership a lot of changes. Variable service. Came in for a single tire change with my toddler and with one other car and 5 people working it took almost an hour. Had to jump out of my car and put the spare tire lying there into back of truck to get their attention and finally came to offer to process payment.

We r late at night, it was cold, wet and an hour before closing time. My service tech who helped me was AMAZING! Not only did he fix my tire but he cleaned the rusty bolts and balanced the tire before putting the tire back on. He was kind, courteous and saved me money. I will be going back there again for service in the future and highly recommend them.

Received some of the best customer service I've ever had from here. Taylor is the manager she is incredibly nice, kind and took the time to show me tire options and answered all my question. I work stupid hours and can never usually get this kinda servicing done. However went in and was able to buy and get installed on dame visit. Went back the next day and got my brakes done. Prices are great called around they were about 150-200 cheaper per axle for brake and good parts too not cheap crap. Would highly recommend. Young staff but was treated better there then places with older male mangment. Told both my wife and mother in law to go due to Taylor and her amazing service. She deserves a raise
