We have moved but my husband still comes in for oil change at mobile 1. Friendly and helpful staff. He enjoys chatting with the staff and getting to know them. He was all excited when they offered him coffee 😊 keep up with your excellent customer service and great service. Stay Blessed 🙏

This place is the BEST! Not just for car service quality, pricing but for customer service too. They have the nicest guys working there. I always leave this place satisfied of how competent and affordable, especially compared to other big chains this place is. Will not take my car anywhere else as long as this place is running!

When it comes to my car needs like oil change, tire rotaion and car wash I always make sure i go to Mobil at No 5 and Bridgeport. These guys are really doing great and treated their customers well and they are friendly. Check it out and you will be happy to come back again and again. I am a happy customer. Thank you Mobil

I didn’t read many of the negative recent reviews before going to the Richmond Mobil 1 location — otherwise I might have hesitated — but honestly, my experience was great and everything went smoothly. The manager was onsite overseeing the work, and the staff were super thorough, friendly, and professional. I didn’t feel any pressure for upsells, which is usually my biggest complaint with oil change places. They explained everything clearly, moved efficiently, and even the coffee was pretty good. My only caveat (a reason for 4 stars) is that I should’ve looked harder for a coupon. I got $10 off and a free car wash on my first visit, but when I returned a few days later with another vehicle and a better coupon, I ended up paying $35 less. So definitely take a minute to search for coupons first. The car wash was solid as well — both cars came out with all the mirrors still attached (that review is wild), which feels like a win these days. Overall, despite what some of the negative reviews say, I had a genuinely positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Summer is vacation time for out-of-town trips. Making sure our car’s in good condition, time for an oil change. I checked around for the auto shop with the best deal and Mobil 1 Lube Express offers a good price and a free car wash. The staff are efficient, friendly and service is fast. Oil change in 15 minutes and car wash in 10 minutes. Be early, it’s on a first come, first serve basis.
