Took my 10 year old X1 there for misfire codes. The diag was completed within a few hours. Gave them the green light to go ahead. Car was ready the next day and running like new. They worked with the 3rd party warranty company and 90% of the bill was directly paid to Mittler. I'm extremely happy with their service, prompt and professional throughout. 10/10

We had a cooling leak from my Mini last week. I was looking for a place close to our home. I came across Mittler Motors profile. Based on the reviews I took my car to their shop. Kyle was great identifying the issue quickly. After agreeing on price, he fixed the car and made it ready for pick up the next day. We're happy with the outcome and am recommending their services.

For the past year or so, we had a persistent stubborn problem with our Jetta. We had visited two mechanic shops over the past few months and spent few hundred dollars in attempt to solve the issue to no avail. Another mechanic shop advised that to repair this issue permanently, it would cost few more hundreds and it is not guaranteed to solve the problem. We were told that it is not worth the trouble to investigate this problem. As a result, my family had given up on the issue and decided to “live with it”. We figured that we will eventually trade in the vehicle and get rid of it. Then, a friend recommended Mittler Motors. At Mittler Motors, we were met with friendly and confident team who were willing to tackle the issue and guaranteed proper diagnoses. In just a couple of hours, Mittler Motors diagnosed the issue, solved the problem permanently, and charged an exceptionally fair price. I was astonished when they called me. I couldn’t believe it. Finally, the problem is solved! So, from my experience, I must say that Mittler Motors is an honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and an all-around remarkable shop. Mittler - great shop! They sorted out my Alltrack issues quickly and fairly. Appreciate the expedited service that Kyle and the team provided when my car needed its injectors replaced. I own a CLA 250 and needed an A1 service along with a 7G-DCT transmission fluid and filter change. I contacted Mittler Motors, and right away they provided a quote that was far more reasonable than the dealership. The team was courteous, professional, and very helpful throughout the process.
