Location is excellent, situated right beside Walmart’s customer service, which means you can easily do your grocery shopping or visit other nearby establishments after duplicating your keys. 👏👌👍

I like minues key and have done key cuts more than 10 times in the last 2 months. However , It breaks down frequently and I get disappointed by going all the way to Walmart to find out: OUT of Service

Went to my locksmith midday to get a key cut and as I pulled up he locked the door and walked away so I thought Walmart might have a locksmith but I didn’t find one. I picked up some vitamins and was walking out and saw your unit. I thought “no way” but out of curiosity, I stuck my key in. Well I was super impressed and got three brass keys for $11 in just over 5 minutes but thought no way they will work. They did! That would have cost twice as much and taken longer even if the locksmith was sitting waiting there for me. Very Impressed!! Great idea having the window to see the key being cut. I wouldn’t have done it without that. Well Done!

Using the kiosk to make duplicate keys was so easy! I have used Minute Key a few times now and I had one key that didn't work out. I quickly emailed them the refund form and their customer service was excellent. They quickly responded to my issue and refunded me the full cost of my duplicate key that did not work. Very impressed with Minute Key's Customer Service!!! Other companies should take a page out of their book! I definitely be using their service again!

I had never heard of Minute Key, until my daughter asked me to get 3 house keys made for her. It was incredibly user friendly, and worked perfectly. This took no time at all, and was reasonably priced. I would recommend it to anyone, and plan to use it again in the future.
