I had 5copies made of my house key, two of them do not work. Hence the 2 star rating. The brass key was not cut the same, and one other design key also doesn’t work. Pretty inconvenient and very skeptical to use the machine again.

When the machine isn't broken, it's exactly what you need. A cheap and quick way to copy keys. Considering how often I go through roommates who don't leave behind their keys... I quite enjoy this service

Very disappointed, I tried copying two different keys at this kiosk and received the same message for both, that it was unable to accurately copy the key. So, I just ended up wasting my time. The kiosk seems like a good idea in theory, but they definitely need to improve it.

Wow, this is a great service. Just put the key in the machine and out comes a perfect copy. It really is as easy as that. Thank you Minute Key, we will be back the next time we need keys. Why would we go anywhere else? PS Can you set up a service in the UK please? This would be so popular!

The metal used for these keys is very cheap. I made 6 copies of one key and 2 of the 6 broke as they came out of the machine! I'm afraid to use the other 4 because I'm afraid they will break inside the lock.
