The machine cuts great keys...but this is the second time in a week that the machine is out of service. Then I had to make another trip to Home Depot. A little inconvenient, when you are in a hurry.

I went there twice, both times machine copied the wrong keys, I got copy of 5 keys from one key and all of them missing teeth. I emailed them, NO RESPONSE. Don't go there. Better to go to Canadian Tire or somewhere else.
