pretty disappointing- I ordered 3 duplicates of my key and none of them work. Also, it seems like the machine only takes certain types of keys as I tried to duplicate another key and it refuses to scan. Not impressed with the waste of trip and money

I like these machines. They work well for me most of the time. A couple times I had keys cut that didn't work. They refunded my money, and the response and service when you email them or call them is excellent, so there is no risk to using them.

Good responsive from the support team when we have an issue and try to contact. but when you said that you will refund to me(in 2-5 business days), I am still waiting for 3 days and still waiting for a refund. hopefully the refund is work.

I have used this self serve key cutting vending machine several times. I have never had a problem with the keys I have had cut with this vending machine. Usually when I get keys cut a places like Home Depot I end up going back for a re-cut because they don't work.
