Duplicated by apartment keys perfectly. Obviously the machine does GENERIC style keys so don't go there thinking that it going to copy your car key or building keys.

I would give more stars if they were transparent to the fact that thier machine can't create duplicates for SMALLER keys such postal box. I wish they put note on their machine. They shouldn't accept or charge for keys that doesn't work. Wasted my money.

This is fast and very convenient. The keys are well cut and I've never had any issues. I just wish i didn't have to after each individual key cutting. I have 4 different keys to cut and so 4 transactions. Be nice to be able to cut all and pay once.

I read the review and wanted to give it a try but the machine didn’t recognize my simple car key (an old key teeth patten, nothing fancy). Wasted my trip and I read about that it cost $5. Canadian Tire charges $4 only and they (human staff) cut it perfectly. Don’t waste your time to come to this self-serve machine.

Leaving Walmart after shopping there I noticed the Minute Key machine at the exit and decided to give it a try. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. I just put my office door key in the slot and followed the simple instructions on the screen. When I decided on 2 keys it offered a third for free. Then 5 minutes later it spat out 3 keys all of which tested fine in my office doors. I paid with a credit card on the front of the machine and received a digital receipt. I’d definitely use it again and recommend it.
