I had a great experience with the service today. My membership had been canceled, but the staff member was extremely helpful in assisting me with renewing it. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process very smooth and easy. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. The service was excellent, and I’m very satisfied with the help I received. Thank you for such great customer service!

I recently had a disappointing experience at your establishment, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Firstly, I encountered issues with professionalism among the staff. Although the facility itself is appealing, the level of service provided by the employees was not up to standard. During my visit a few days ago, I inquired about a promotional plan for new members, which was advertised as $24 for the first month. One of the employees took my phone number and assured me that I would receive this rate, even after he claimed he couldn’t find my information in the system. However, when I checked my bank account, I noticed a charge of $57 instead of the expected $24. The following day, I returned to address this discrepancy. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to displayed a dismissive attitude and informed me that she could not assist me because the payment had already been processed. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, she merely stated that she could not help, even acknowledging that the information provided by her colleague might have been incorrect. This experience left me feeling frustrated and concerned about the practices at your establishment. I plan to advise my friends, who are also members, to be cautious, especially regarding staff interactions. I left a message requesting that the manager contact me to resolve this issue, but I felt that the staff were not taking my concerns seriously.

My go to for cleaning my entire vehicle. The automatic car wash is fun with all its colorful lights. The free vacuums are seriously the best! Super strong suction and fits in crevices perfectly. They have microfibre cloths to wipe down your dash, etc. And the floor mat washers actually work decent! They work better on carpeted rugs than the rubber ones. Good choice for cleaning your vehicle in and out at one convenient location.

Best experience ever! Car wash was great but I wanna take a moment for those vaccuums... the suction was insanely awesome and they even got a mat wash that did an excellent job. Can't recommend this place enough!! Also very affordable.

A perfect mix of great technology and great people. The wash system is top-notch and leaves your car spotless with a nice shine. I especially liked that the foam covered the entire car evenly and the high-pressure rinse removed every bit of dirt. Loved that they offer towels for cleaning. The staff were warm, friendly, and very professional. This is now my favourite place for a quick, high-quality wash. I truly recommend their monthly plan; it offers great value for the price.
