Maybe they're too busy. Fixed a tire with a temporary plug without telling me it's a temp. I let that pass, bought new tire. He fid a brake job, which was satisfactory. One Friday, I called to arrange a repair. I was told they can't do it till next Thursday, so busy. When I said Thursday is ok, he says, nah, still too busy . Like what???? Really?? Ok. Bye bye , found Toyo auto repair, he's great

Heard a screeching noise from my brakes days after we had replaced our CR-Vs tyres. Returned to Costco and was referred to Minit-Tune's to have it looked at. Spoke to Jackson, had the problem diagnosed. He explained the problem(rust on the calipers and thin brake pads) and solution with a quote as it was an old one. Had the repairs done and problem was fixed. Our CR-V was safe again. Thanks to Jackson and his crew for doing such an amazing job. He is both fair and upfront no hidden charges so you get the best service.

Our car broke down unexpectedly on the road, and after trying everything we could to get it started again, we were completely stuck as it was working in and off…and guess what we are not even living in Vancouver so we do not have the one who was taking care of our car to check this. In a total panic, we called multiple auto shops, but Minit-Tune was the only one who took the time to listen and fit us in right away after we explained the situation. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. They were incredibly honest, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell or add on any unnecessary charges. The price was fair, the service was fast, and most importantly, the car has been running perfectly ever since. We’re so grateful for their help!!! This is the kind of shop that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone in need of reliable, honest service!
