Went there cuz my window wipers broke. He replaced parts that were not broken with broken parts. Was just supposed to take the broken part not switch the hole thing. So went there with 1 problem left with another... said he had to swap out everything. Well u should of said that prior to doing the work. Cuz now u replaced it with something broken so now I still have an issue. Was supposed to be 1 part replaced not multiple.

Today my escalade started making a very strange noise and as I was right across the street from Minute Tune I drove into their lot. They were amazing. They took my vehicle in right away, diagnosed it and repaired in, all in less than 2 hours. I can understand why they have received the Consumers Choice Award for 19 years. Thanks guys

I was having a problem with my wife's car I showed up with no apointment no phone call nothing , They put the car in like my life depends on it (It didn't) lol Just the level of sevice was way above and beyond. Fast service Repaired the exhaust. Gave me their sevice car . Quoted a price then charged less than the price . Honest people to give fair price ,I know where I'm taking my other vehicle's.

I had an appointment today for a brake replacement and was pleasantly surprised to be told that I didn’t need it as I still had 80% left. As a woman with no brake knowledge to speak of, I was incredibly grateful to not be taken advantage of. The lovely gentleman at the front desk was kind and friendly and the young man working in the back was quick and efficient. I ended up asking if they could help me replace the bulbs in my headlights, which they were happy to do and had done in less than half an hour. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely go back!
