Excellent eyebrow trimming service. The shaping was clean and well-balanced, and the staff made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My eyebrows look natural and well-defined. Will definitely come back.

I was really looking forward to my haircut at Mina Hair Lounge, but sadly I left feeling quite disappointed. When the stylist (the owner) first showed me the back with a mirror, the length looked good. Afterwards though, the front pieces were cut much shorter than I expected. I thought I was getting softer, more blended layers around my face, but instead they turned out heavier and shaggy-looking unless I tuck my hair back. She also used thinning shears on the ends, which left them looking a bit dull. The whole appointment felt very quick (about 20 minutes), and I got the impression she only took me in as a walk-in for the money rather than taking the time to make sure I was happy with the result. I think there may have been some miscommunication about the style I wanted. Please take more time with each client — this is people’s hair, and while it does grow back, it takes time, and it really matters to us. I also did voice my concerns even before the front pieces were cut too short but unfortunately they were also brushed over (she said that my front pieces were longer and she needed to “connect it with the back” however they ended up shorter than the back and not connected.)

Catherine is HORRIBLE!!!! Asked her for a trim and to cut off the damage but keep as much length as possible. She went SCISSOR HAPPY and wouldn’t stop cutting. On top of that she made it very noticeably uneven. Said she needed to cut off 2 inches, she cut off 4. Told me she had to do it cuz of breakage. Uhmmmm why make it uneven then??? And super short. Very unhappy with my experience today. I’ve had my hair cut there once before and I think it was Mina but the older lady assured me that this Catherine lady was good. SHES NOT! I am SO unhappy.

I can’t say enough good things about Mina at Mian Hair Design. She gave me the perfect haircut and styled it exactly the way I wanted. Mina has such a great eye for detail and shape — my hair looks lighter, fresher, and so stylish. It’s rare to find someone who listens so well and delivers beyond what you imagine. Thank you, Mina!

the last thing i wanted to do was give a bad review…but unfortunately after reaching out to them personally and never getting a response it seemed like the only option. a little bit before christmas i had decided to book an appointment for a cut and color. after discussing what i wanted done and showed a picture for reference, the stylist then proceeds to not do what i want at all and chops off a lot of my hair without even confirming again that that’s what i wanted. She absolutely botched my curtain bangs, not cutting them the way they are supposed to be cut as she basically gave me bangs instead. it was very frustrating to me as i put in a lot of trust in them and my confidence was ruined because of how she cut my hair. not to mention how she completely cut off one side of my hair and not the other…. truly disappointed with my latest visit and will not be returning.
