We had an amazing experience with Milne Roofing. Shawn is very thorough and communicative throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable with his trade and an overall true professional. We had our roof completed during the off season to which the crew had to work around the rain. Any sunny day to be had the crew would show up in a timely manner and complete a section of roof to ensure the utmost protection as rain would be forecasted the next day. They worked hard and fast. The project was completed in a timely manner and the crew did an exceptional job of the clean up. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Milne Roofing will always be our recommendation to anyone looking for roofing services.

Milne Roofing did a great job installing a new torched-on membrane roof on our home. The quality of workmanship is top notch. Our roof and metal flashing looks fantastic. This fall's bad weather, meant our new roof was installed when my wife and I would be away on vacation. Shawn's communication was fantastic and gave us the confidence to leave the project in his hands. He did not disappoint. The Milne crew left our yard and house spotlessly clean - not even a dropped screw or small scrap of roofing could be found. I highly recommend Shawn and his team for any of your roofing needs.

Milne roofing is by far the best roofing company in Nanaimo. The guys were prompt. Worked super hard and got the job done in 2 days. Sean is very easy to work with and says what he means and means what he says. I would definitely use them again but I won’t have to with the awesome work they did!!

Very professional from start to finish. Great to work with. We had an 11,000 sqft, roof done on one of our rental warehouse's. Our tenant was also very impressed by the consideration given by Milne's work crew. They provided us with a very thoughtful opinion of certain things we needed to address and never once felt like they were trying to run up the bill. They delivered everything in a timely manner. Workng from strong recommendations from two friends, I contacted Milne to replace two large sections of our roof. James from Milne examined the roof carefully and provided us with a thorough breakdown of what was needed and a fair quote for the torch-on application. The four person crew arrived shortly after. I was fully impressed by the professional quality of their work and the care they took in the details of working with some of the unique challenges our older home presented.
