I didn’t want to write a negative review, but after seeing similar complaints about sets failing quickly, I felt it was important to share my experience. Just one day after my appointment, three nails were already lifting. I contacted the salon right away, but was told they were closed for the holidays and the technician wouldn’t be in until the following week. By the time I was able to return two weeks later, only 4 out of 10 nails remained. I was told there was no time to fix them, and the remaining nails were removed. I was offered a discounted set if I came back, so I waited instead of going to another salon, which left me without nails for almost another week. When I returned, I was still charged only $20 off a new set, with the removal framed as being “free,” despite the original set having almost completely failed. The technician herself was very kind; my issue is with the customer service and how the situation was handled. After years of wearing nails, I’ve never had a set lift this fast or fail so completely. I paid a significant amount of money and spent weeks without being able to enjoy even ONE full day with a proper set.

Whenever I'm in the area, I'll get my nails done here. I've had both pedicures and gel overlay nails last over a month. The attention to detail is incredible, and she always brings my nail ideas to life - even better than I envisioned (this set has glow-in-the-dark star charms - what a dainty and lovely surprise). Trixie always knows which colours and designs I am feeling based on a single inspiration photo from Pinterest. Thank you so much!

I love this nail salon! They do amazing prep for powdered nails, and it really shows—my nails still looked fresh even after 4 weeks. The attention to detail is incredible, and the quality lasts so well. Highly recommend if you want nails that stay beautiful for a long time!

I don't often leave reviews but... I wanted to leave one for this salon. I walked in a year ago after got dissapointed to the one that I was going for more than 5 years. I met Trixie that she did exactly what I showed her on the picture I had. Ever since I go there, I text Trixie my craziest picks for my nails a few days before, to be prepared and every but every time the result is awesome! And she is so patient with me as my arthritic hands are very stiff and not easy to work with. I am only sad that I don't have the photos from all the art that she did.

I've come to Milano Nail Spa a handful of times and stumbled upon it on Google reviews. I've enjoyed each of my experiences here as all the gel manicures have lasted a long time. Purple nails lasted me about 1 month (no chips) and the yellow nails are my new ones. I don't find the nail techs that chatty but I'm okay with that.
