I had an issue where my furnace was not operating correctly right as we were about to enter a cold spell and they were able to fit me into their day. The technician found the issue and had it resolved within an hour of arriving. The pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely be calling them for any future HVAC or plumbing needs. I highly recommend Mid-City, amazing work!

This company is an absolute joke. The owner is even worse. Called these guys to help me with my furnace. After showing up they told me that my furnace core is cracked and needs to be replaced but not to worry because it's under warranty. I asked the technician onsite and on the phone multiple times and was assured that there would be no bill. The furnace core has 20 year warranty. My wife even called back to triple check before we told them to proceed. So they fixed the core. Put it back in. Furnace appears to be working again. 2 weeks later I get a $400 bill in the mail for labour. I called them back right away to question the bill as we were assured by not 1 , not 2 but 3 different people BEFORE we said go ahead. Now the owner Kim is telling me there was labour that needs to be charged. I asked why I was told it would be free if it isn't especially after that fact and at Christmas time. He basically argued and yelled with me on the phone telling me I'm being unreasonable and making excuses as to why I should pay the bill. I politely told him that I won't be paying it. You can't tell someone something is free and covered under warranty then try and stick them with a bill 2 weeks later especially after the work is done. This company and the owner are a joke. Call anyone else. They also wrecked one of my coworkers houses trying to repair a leaking pipe and destroyed his kitchen cabinets. Then offered no help when he called back to question what happened. Totally unreasonable. We Will never call this company for anything ever again. What a joke.
