I travel to Richmond at least once to twice a year and always treat my hair by seeing Blake for a colour/cut. His customer service is "top notch". Blake is very professional/meticulous with his skills, takes his time and consults/explains what he is doing, and very personable to chat with. Plus, his hair massages was amazing; I felt soo relaxed. I loved the color he selected and his attention to detail from start to finish. If you want a good hair day experience, go see Blake.

I came in yesterday（11.16） for a haircut and was helped by the male stylist with glasses. I want to update my feedback because after a night, I realized how great the haircut actually is. Right after the cut, I wasn’t sure how I felt about it — mostly because I have a lot of hair and going shorter suddenly made me unsure. But today, after styling it myself and seeing it in natural light, I can really see the care and skill he put into it. The shape is clean, easy to manage, and looks great even when tied up. He was incredibly professional and thoughtful throughout the entire service — from the wash and blow-dry to the haircut, and even helping me with my coat when I left. I’m truly happy with the result now. If any staff sees this review, please help me pass along my appreciation to him — this is my “late” but very genuine satisfaction. Highly recommend him!

The pricing is competitive and the stylists are really professional! I would highly recommend getting Blake as a hair stylist. I've had him consistently for over a year. He's friendly and pays very close attention to detail when cutting hair.

I had an amazing experience at Mentor Hair Salon. If you are looking to get a perm I highly recommend Cora. She was very friendly and and understood what I wanted. My hair feels healthy and the salon itself was clean and comfortable. Overall a great experience!!!

I had a great experience at Mentor Hair Salon! Cora was friendly and really listened to what I wanted. I love how my hair turned out – the soft ash brown color and loose waves look amazing, and my hair feels so healthy. The salon was clean and comfortable too. Highly recommend!
