Top Notch customer service! Starting from the young gentleman in the front desk who assisted us today to Dr. Hassan and his lovely lady assistant Bonnie. The clinic was kinda busy today but it was all worth the wait. They are all knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Hassan was gentle with my baby and he answered all of my questions. Bonnie made sure we are welcome and comfortable while waiting. And the front desk gentleman (I forgot to ask his name) he is all well organized and was multi tasking. I see your hardwork man and I appreciate it. Over all, I highly recommend this clinic! 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The parking is just a hassle but whatever. Go during a weekday

Lovely first appointment here. BEFORE I went in, the receptionist layed out all of the charges and my insurance coverage. They had also contacted my previous dentist and got all of my records. By the time my appointment was done, they had already submitted my referrals and told me that I would be contacted and don’t have to do anything. This is above and beyond compared to most places. The staff were all lovely. Nobody touched me without telling me what they were going to do first. The dentist recommended some treatments, but not once did I feel like I was being “sold” on getting a ton of work done. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend based on my first appointment!

I’ve had many fillings and cleanings done at this clinic, and every visit has been a positive experience. I’ve been coming to this clinic and seeing Dr. Ahmed Abou Hassan for the past 3 years, and I’ve always had a great experience. The receptionists are very polite and welcoming, and Dr. Ahmed is professional, friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Memorial Square Dental is amazing! First off, the receptionist is incredible he is so polite, accommodating, and he has the calmest presence. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and taken care of. The hygienists are all great as well! professional, gentle, and very thorough. I always have the best experience when I come here. I definitely recommend Memorial Square Dental because they truly care about their patients.

Good first impression and convenience are important to me. I have been going to different dental clinics for the past years and by far, Memorial Square Dental clinic has given me the best first impression and it’s closer to my home and work place. Staffs are kind, willing to help and respectful. There’s proper communication and explanation for the treatment plan(s) and coverage. Great team! Keep it up and thanks for your warm welcome! 😁
