We regret hiring Mega Roofing. We contacted them to replace the shingles on our garage and were put in touch with Trevor. From the beginning, communication was poor. We were never given a clear start date, only told when materials would be dropped off. Later that week, the crew showed up and started the job without any notice. No call, no message, nothing. If I hadn’t stepped outside during a break, I wouldn’t have even known work was underway. When I brought this up, Trevor brushed it off and said that if he had to keep every customer updated, he’d be on the phone all day and wouldn’t be able to run his business. After the job was finished, members of our condo board inspected the roof. We noticed shingles that didn’t line up properly and some that appeared to be lifting. We called and left a voicemail to discuss the issues. Instead of scheduling a time to talk, Trevor showed up unannounced on a Sunday. The conversation immediately turned tense. His tone was rude and dismissive, and he repeatedly implied that we didn’t know what we were talking about. What should have been a straightforward discussion turned into an argument because of his attitude. We told him we planned to bring in an independent roofing inspector. He responded by giving us a deadline and demanding payment, stating that the shingles were “his” until paid for. The way this was said felt like a threat that he would come back and remove materials from our garage. Between the lack of communication, questionable workmanship, and the way we were treated when raising concerns, this has been a very negative experience.

A huge thank you to Trevor and his team for the exceptional roofing work they did. Trevor's intuition, leadership and communication was excellent. He explained things clearly and simply. His honesty and genuine care turned what seemed like an overwhelming undertaking into a smooth doable project. He set clear expectations, and followed through, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Special thanks also to his Team Lead who was pleasant, respectful and who led the technicians onsite extremely efficiently. The team did a great job, finished quickly and left the area spotless. These experts do their work with heart. I highly recommend them!

We would definitely recommend Mega Roofing & Exteriors. Their quote was both fair & competitive. Brandon(project manager)also assisted us with our insurance company. He provided them the correct measurements resulting in us getting the right settlement. Even after the work was started we made a few changes & they were handled efficiently. Each crew which included siding, roofing & eaves all did a great job. They were all organized, respectful & did a thorough job cleaning up. If you find yourself needing any of their services I know you will be happy you called Mega Roofing.

My property had hail damage from last year storm and I was looking for local contractor who can get the project done for reasonable price and exact timing deadlines. So I was very happy to come across Mega Roofing and Exterior who had provided an accurate estimate for both shingles and siding. I decided to upgrade both and especially my siding from vinyl siding to hardie and I was indeed very satisfied with results that I made the right choice. This wasn’t possible without a dedicated staff from Mega Roofing and Exterior who made it possible. I highly recommend Mega Roofing and Exterior for anyone looking to upgrade or just replacing their home exterior. The gentleman Alex and his teammate who were installing the hardie siding was very detailed oriented and knowledgeable about the work and ensured every steps taken were met Hardie’s installation standards. I personally would like to take this opportunity to thanks Alex for great job well done.

Mega Roofing did a phenomenal job installing Hardie board on my house and detached garage. My home got damaged in the August 5th hailstorm. Mega Roofing was referred to me by a neighbour, and after talking with Brandon and looking into some of their past projects I was confident they would do a good job. I can honestly say that after the old vinyl siding was removed and the Hardie board installed that my expectations were EXCEEDED! I am thrilled with how good the house looks! It honestly looks better than when I bought it. The installer, Alex, did a phenomenal job and was very receptive to my expectations on how I wanted the overall design to look. Brandon was also super easy to work with and is great at communicating expected start dates and getting all the right colours and materials ordered to fit the design I was looking for. Overall just a very pleasant experience to work with Brandon and the team. Very professional and a very high attention to detail. I can tell that they take pride in their work. If you are still looking for a reputable contractor to help with your hail claim or any other siding and roofing needs, look no further than Mega Roofing. I cannot recommend them enough!
