Love how friendly the staff was. I'm not a fan of the dentist office, because I get the usual passive aggressive blame the patient from my previous dental clinic... But Dr Tang and Lily really made me feel super comfortable. So comfortable, I left booking my next appointment for the week after! So happy to have had them work on me.

Very positive experience for my first scaling appointment at this clinic. Everything was efficient and professional, and I really appreciated Viann’s help. It made the whole visit seamless. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible service. Unsanitary, and they didn’t ask or inform that we were doing an x-ray. Dr Chao kept digging his finger into my lip, maybe the most painful regular check-up and cleaning I’ve ever had. I found my gums bruised, lips sore from stretching, and generally more uncomfortable after than other places. Total cleaning and xray cost $346, insane prices.

The quality of the panorama x-ray photo is totally unacceptable. This is exactly what the oral hygienist said about taking this photo wearing a lead plate. Since your clinic doesn't have any lead collar. However, Dr. Wise Tang insisted that I have a panorama x-ray since my teeth have a lot of chips since last check. She simply wants to see these chips at the cost of more, unnecessary money from the patient! To force a panorama picture taken, Dr. Wise Tang ordered to have two lead plates pieced together just to get the latest panorama photo of the poor quality. No new information at all from my previous panorama x-ray sent already from another dental clinic and unnecessary radiation received given that I already signed an agreeement to give up taking this photo yesterday during dental cleaning (Yes, they ask you to take x-ray right after dental cleaning in case you take dental exams with another dental clinic other than them. They designed even this trick.). Finally, I was referred to another place (their designated clinic I guess has a close business relation with them) to see another dentist since she is not a dental specialist. Yes, this is VERY, VERY correct! A dentist with only money in mind disregarding patient's health, especially when I told her my mother has already been diagnosed with thyroid cancer and I shouldn't receive more unnecessary radiation around my neck, should NOT be entrusted with patients' teeth. I will file a formal complaint to B.C. authorities as well about this clinic. Absolutely AVOID her! After all, her appointments are almost always available!
