Had a bad workplace injury and I didn't think I could get any better after seeing other physiotherapy providers. After going to med hat physiotherapy I feel like I have a solid shot at getting better. I will also say Koti deffinatly cares about my wellbeing and recovery over anything else.

So much knowledge and care. Genuinely, the two physiotherapists here have been such a great help. My pain improvement is a shock to me. I expected to live with this the rest of my life. Being heard and understood by a medical professional is a godsend I cannot articulate well enough. Just. I'm grateful, I'm healing, and I'm giving my highest recommendation for their treatments.

I have attended many physiotherapy clinics over the years, and was very impressed with the treatment and care I received at Medicine Hat Physiotherapy. Koti is well-experienced and a master at what he does. He listens, assesses thoroughly and knows where, what and how to treat. Mel, the receptionist, is a gem and a true pleasure. Should I require physiotherapy treatment in the future, I will be returning to Medicine Hat Physiotherapy.

This organization is second to none in client customer satisfaction, Mel being the cornerstone of diplomacy and compassion within it. Mel is textbook in compassionate care, after the fact, and attends in first line reception, which represents the organization, and is a deciding factor in a person's decision to use Medicine Hat Physio or another physio therapy service in the city. I would go as far as mentioning that she deserves a bonus or raise for her exemplary kindness and compassionate care.

Absolutely recommend. Koti and his team go above and beyond to make sure you get the help you need. They are professional and very patient and will do everything they can to make sure you have the best recovery possible.
