I clearly mentioned in the chat that I wanted three sittings, but they didn’t understand and charged me a higher price for just one. They also didn’t explain this properly at the time. I only found out when I went to clarify, and then they said they don’t compensate — instead, they tried to make me buy something else. Why should I pay extra for something that wasn’t clearly communicated? Transparency is very important in customer service. Please be careful and make sure everything is clearly discussed and confirmed before making any payment.

I got lip fillers done by Dr. Katherine and absolutely adore them. Very professional, listened to exactly what I wanted and did such a good job on them. My healing process was a breeze and got very little bruising and swelling went down completely the next day! The ladies at the reception are super sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ♡

Care and service provided is great. Staff are knowledgeable and take the time to understand skin concerns before tailoring the treatment to my needs. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt refreshed, hydrated afterward. I also appreciate the explanations and skincare tips shared during the session. The space is always clean, calming, and welcoming!

Dr Haneef is awesome, so patient and always recommenda whats best, the whole team is so friendly. I’m currently undergoing Tixel treatments at MD Cosmetics. My first appointment was a bit disappointing due to a lack of attention to detail around what to expect- specifically how long the procedure would take and what needed to be done beforehand. The treatment itself felt mediocre, though at the time I didn’t have anything to compare it to, so I assumed it was fine and left feeling neutral overall. My second visit, however, was a completely different experience. I had the pleasure of being treated by Danielle, and she truly transformed my perception of the treatment and the clinic. She has an excellent eye for detail and took the time to thoroughly explain what the Tixel treatment was doing, how it worked, and how it aligned with the specific goals I came in for. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and made me feel both comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Because of Danielle, the experience was genuinely 1000x better. Going forward, I will only be booking with her- I felt completely at ease in her care and fully trusted her expertise.
