The location needs to improve its opening times. I’ve come by several times just after 7:00 AM and it’s still closed, even though the signage says it should be open. There are usually multiple cars waiting for a wash, but the employee responsible for opening is consistently late..

The way the bays are designed there’s no way to avoid getting soap all over your coat because the hose is too short to make it around the vehicle properly. They only take cash because they haven’t bothered to fix their broken payment machines. It was a really long wait and not worth it. Also, they need to replace the scrub brushes because they’re so worn out it was rubbing the head of the brush on my car, which could cause damage. It also costs more than my local car wash in Monterey Park.

⚠️ Very disappointing experience. The car wash machine suddenly charged $2 for only 1 minute 30 seconds, with no notice or signage about the price change. I’ve used this place before and this was never the case. Changing prices without informing customers feels unfair and misleading. Please be transparent about pricing.

I don't come here normally, but today I needed to trade into a loonie from 3 quarters and 2 dime and a nickel and a guy that look like a Chinese at the office refused to accept change by saying that we are not bank and second thing that homeless people throw money here and there and they use and get changes here and there and we don't accept and i just told that homeless person and asking for a loonie to exchange has no connection and he told that owner said not to give or accept any change if it's not a $5 bill, nickel dime and quauter are still a valid currency and no business can refuse from accepting it. And another man that work there he told him to give me a loonie but with warning of last time doing so. So if anybody want car wash assure go with loonies or toonies unless they won't accept valid change.

give my money back, i used water for 3 minutes but $12 has been deducted from my Account, there was no customer service when i looked around. what i need just my money back otherwise i will tell all my friends & relatives not to use this car wash. very unpleasant experience, nobody is answering the call at all.
