I recently used McKerrows Physiotherapy to address some unilateral hip and knee pain associated with increasing training for a half marathon. Luke was personable and the facility clean and welcoming. Luke did a full body strength assessment and a gait assessment and was quickly able to identify weak areas that were leading to pain. He formulated an effective strengthening exercise program that varied week to week based on reassessments. He was clear with his expectations of me as a patient and the progress he hoped I would be able to make. He worked alongside me as I continued to train. Thanks to Luke, I was able to complete my race painfree with a much better time than I had anticipated. Highly recommend Luke if you are looking for someone that is extremely knowledgeable and sports oriented. He will help you achieve your goals!

I can't say enough about Luke. He was instrumental in helping my daughter overcome an injury and continued working with her to improve her hip strength right before Western Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She trains 23+ hrs per week and it's hard to fit physio sessions in. After contacting Luke, he made it a priority to assess and treat her and fit her into his busy schedule. Prior to visiting Luke, I was told that he was the one to see and he did not disappoint. Luke was very professional, took the time to understand my situation and provided me with realistic goals between sessions. Each visit saw him reassessing my progress, making the necessary adjustments to my exercise program and then challenging me to strive for that next goal. As a final result, I'm now able to resume all the activities I previously enjoyed. Dr. McKerrow was extremely helpful in my recovery. He is very knowledgeable, a good listener and made me feel I was in safe hands. He always remains calm and is very encouraging while inspiring confidence. He was very thorough and allowed me to express my concerns and immediately addressed them in a very positive manner.
