I called McCaffer Roofing and Chris was at my property next day to assess the roof. With the aid of a drone he was able to spot not only the issue causing the leak, but pointed out to me other slates that had come loose and that needed attention. He gave me a quote within the day which was very reasonable for the works required and then set a date. I never needed to chase and he made sure to keep me up to date on any changes to the date. When he arrived with his team to do the work they were prompt, courteous and very thorough - even fixing some issue with blocked guttering as they found them. Overall a very positive experience and I’ve already recommended them to friends. I think the use of the drone is a great example of using technology to provide a brilliant service and it allowed me (the customer) to see exactly what he saw. 5/5.

Asked for a quote and Chris was up the next day. It's an old building and he gave us confidence he understood what was needed. The rest was flawless. The guys who carried out the work did an amazing job, including fixing some underlying issues that weren't apparent until after they'd started. Safe to say we're delighted with the results and would highly recommend Chris to anyone needing work done.

Amazing roofing company and delivers within time scale , goes up and beyond with no drama . All guys are very mindfull of your property . Pleasure to leave any development in there hands . I live 2 hours away and tbh I don’t even need to check it I know 100% it’s perfect . Cheers Chris 🙌
