We have always loved using Maximum Collision or Car Star for all our auto repairs. They are friendly, knowledgeable, have great customer service and do an excellent job. We would highly recommend them if your car needs repairs from an accident or something else. They also have loaner cars.

What a great experience! From drop off to pick up they were fantastic. They gave me an expected completion right from the start, gave me weekly updates and then daily updates nearing completion. They did what they said and a few things I didn't expect and the job was completed a couple of days ahead of schedule. They missed aiming a headlight but that was the only issue. I have a lot of aftermarket accessories on my vehicle and they took care to put them all back on correctly too. They arranged for a rental drop off and pick up right at their place too. I've been to a few other collision places in Abbotsford but these guys are #1 in my books. They're even open 7 days a week allowing me to not have to take time away from work and juggle my work schedule which was super convenient. Super friendly staff was the cherry on top.

Carstar(Maximum) did an amazing job on my BMW. I am glad that I brought my car here for the repairs under the insurance claim. They maintained open, clear and seamless communication throughout the repair process. The quality of work not only met my expectations but surpassed them. The turnaround time was pretty quick as well at just 2 weeks. Shoutout to Derek, Jag and other staff they are genuinely nice people who care about you. They even took care of small things on my car like getting my dashcam fitted to the exact same spot as before, paint matching license plate plugs and also did a proper detail on the car from inside out.

We haven’t had the need to use a body shop before but when we did recently Maximum was the first call we made. They have been around in Abbotsford for a while as have we. Hear there adds on the radio and just seemed like good people with a great business. We don’t have much reference compared to other shops but dealing with Maximum was as expected. Clear communication and our car was fixed as expected. They cleaned the inside also which was a big plus. While I was there I overheard part of a conversation of one of the owners on the phone with what sounded like a difficult situation with a customer. The way he handled it was impressive and gave me the confidence that my suspicions that this was a good company were correct. Hopefully we do not need a shop again but if we do then Maximum will be our only call. Thanks to the team there that took care of us!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Maximum Collision after I had some damage to my vehicle. These guys are truly amazing, and helped me in what was a very stressful time. Kylie the receptionist was SO kind, and she always kept me in the loop!! The work itself was done quickly, and my car literally looks brand new. I will recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again guys for all of your help :)
