Mo @ Max Plumbing is cost-effective, reliable, and has integrity. My furnace stopped working on Christmas Day. No 24/7 heating and plumbing service picked my call or returned it except Mo @Max Plumbing and heating! That was a life saver. We ended up replacing our furnace at a reasonable cost. What I appreciated the most was how much time and effort Mo put into helping us to figure things out before driving up to our place for a fee. In many ways, 2025 ended well for our family because Mo answered our call.

Great Experience - Highly Recommended Max Plumbing Ltd. What a great experience with Max Plumbing Team! Our furnace was acting up, and they were able to schedule us quickly.The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and put us at ease right away. The Technician explained the problem and the solution, and had our system running perfectly in no time. They were also very respectful of our home, using shoes covers and cleaning up after themselves. Honest, reliable, and did a great work. We 're very happy customers and will be calling them for our annual maintenance from now on. Thanks! Team.

I had some leaks in my townhouse. The leaks were from the upstairs bathroom. I hired this company to try to fix the issues. They did the following work: 1. Replaced toilet flange(I removed the toilet in advance) 2. Replaced expansion joint in the basement (Not sure if that was a real problem, because most water was coming from the upstairs bathroom) 3. Fixed a loose rubber connection He charged $1400 for this amount of work. I feel it is a ridiculously high price. Also he didn't fix the leak from the bathtub even though he knew that there was a leak there. I had to fix that leak myself. The services from this company are very expensive. I won't recommend it to anyone.

Moe was able to come to our rental property in a timely manner to fix the plumbing needs for our tenants. We live out of town and he made communication clear with us and the tenants and was reasonable on the price. The payment process was very easy. We will use his services again if needed in the future.
