I tried this boxing gym as a complete beginner and had an amazing experience. The environment was welcoming and not intimidating at all, which I really appreciated. Coaches Nick and Jas were awesome, super knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. They took the time to explain the basics clearly and made the class fun while still challenging. I left feeling motivated and excited to come back. Highly recommend for beginners!

Matrix Boxing is hands-down the best boxing gym I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming yet motivating. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to focus on proper technique, conditioning, and mindset. Every session pushes you to your limits in the best way possible, while still keeping things fun and engaging. The equipment is top notch, the training and coaching is incredible , and the community is second to none everyone from beginners to advanced fighters feels supported. I’ve seen huge improvements in my strength, stamina, and overall confidence since training here. If you’re serious about leveling up your boxing skills (or just getting in the best shape of your life), Matrix Boxing is the place to be.

I only had the chance to go to Matrix Boxing in Abbotsford a few times because of a family matter, but I really enjoyed it while I was there. The atmosphere is great, the coaches are the best, and it’s not like other boxing gyms in the area that try to pack in as many people as possible. They have the perfect class size, and the coaches don’t ignore you they actually focus on you, point out what you’re doing wrong, and help you fix it. The gym is very clean, and the coach/owner makes sure people clean up after themselves, unlike other gyms that could care less and are only in it for the money. You can tell he genuinely cares. I can’t wait to go back as soon as I can!

This is an amazing boxing gym, with great coaches and a really fun welcoming atmosphere. Everyone from coaches to experienced fighters are all willing to help teach and show different tips and techniques. Prices are really good for the level of instruction and access provided. There is something for everyone whether your curious about combat sports or an experienced pro fighter and everything in between. I've personally gone from zero experience to training with the competitive team in just over a year and still love it everyday! If you're thinking about it come in and give it a try!!
