The customer service we recieved right from the first phone call to Richie doing the work we needed done was fantastic. Richie was kind, knowledgable so helpful.He put us at ease, answered our questions and got things up and working. We highly recommend him.

The service professional who completed the work was amazing and absolutely worth 5 stars. He was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I only give 3 stars for a couple of reasons. 1. When i first called i was told i would get a team member that day. I even received a follow up call confirming that same day and if not it would be first thing in the morning. The next day it was after noon when i had to call back and ask whats happening. Then it wasnt until after 230pm that he arrived. 2nd is that there was a $50 fee for him to show up, understandably so, however if i continue with the service this fee should have been included in the charges not be addition to. Its fair to say if i didnt use the service then i pay for their time, but using the service not fair that i paid additional for it. I likely wont use the setvice in the future because of this fact alone.

We called Marvelous Plumbing and Heating. They sent Rod over to give our furnace a lookover since we didn't have heat. Rod was very friendly, thorough with paperwork and recommendations. We were very happy to have our heat back on and for a reasonable price. Thank you Rod!

Discovered a plumbing leak on a Thursday just before lunch time. Starting calling around, and other companies would not be able to come out until Monday, leaving us with a leak over the weekend with freezing temps. Called Marvelous and they were able to squeeze us in and we had a tech at our house within 2 hours. Richie, our technician, did an inspection, including all other plumbing. He was able to replace the leaking pipe and had us back up and running in no time. He was extremely professional, yet personable. Very efficient and willing to explain and educate us on what happened and what he was doing rectify the problem. From beginning to end, the whole process was quick, friendly, extremely accommodating and everyone helped relieve our stress. Thank you Marvelous and Richie for saving our weekend!

I was a regular client of another company and decided it’s time to find someone more reliable and affordable. I gave Marvelous Plumbing and Heating a try last fall when I needed a new boiler system for my home and I don’t regret I did. They are extremely knowledgeable with amazing customer service. They quoted me a price I was looking for and installed everything in 2 days ( there is a lot of work) . They have returned this fall ( a year later) and inspected everything free of charge to make sure I had no issues. Great company and great people working there. Dylan is very knowledgeable and friendly so as Craig. Very satisfied customer here and highly recommend the company for any heating and plumbing needs!
