Inaccurate diagnosis and unprofessional service "I had a terrible experience with Marvel. We moved into our new house in mid-November and had a sewer backup on Dec 7. The technician used ONLY a camera and claimed our sewer line ran to the front of the house, crossing the property line. He even suggested I could get a refund from the City if I proved this. ​However, the City insisted the line goes to the back. When I asked Marvel to come back and verify their own diagnosis to settle the dispute with the City, they refused to take responsibility and insisted on charging me another $698 (only offering a 15% discount). ​Just a month later, the pipe blocked again. I called a different plumber who actually cleared the blockage properly and confirmed—using professional equipment—that the line indeed goes to the BACK of the house. Marvel gave me completely wrong information, charged me $698+tax for a job that wasn't even done right, and failed to provide proper customer service. I will never use them again and do not recommend them."

This company is absolutely OUTSTANDING! We had a very concerning issue, and Taylor and Fernando came the very next day to do the necessary repairs. Despite the heavy rain (wirking outside in challenging conditions) their work was completed in a single afternoon. We are delighted with the results as well as their professionalism, kindness, enviable knowledge base, and impressive skill sets. Marvel dispatched a first rate plumber, Victor, who fixed my drainage problem very quickly. I like the way the whole appointment set up is homey and neighborly, all done by texting, and felt like I was just communicating with friends. Reasonable price too. Thank you for great service.

Consult was booked for the same day I called, with the repair being booked the day after. Viktor was very knowledgeable and we could tell he is passionate about what he does, and cares about doing a good job. Price was a bit higher than we were initially hoping/expecting, but our concern was addressed thoroughly and expertly. Ultimately, you get what you pay for, and this was a very worthwhile investment for us. 10/10 recommend working with this company for your plumbing needs!
