I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The quality of their work is consistently excellent, turnaround is always quick, and the staff are genuinely lovely and welcoming every time. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable for the level of service they provide. It’s so nice to have a dry cleaner you can fully trust — I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Took my Burberry jacket here and I’m genuinely impressed — they made it look completely new again! The attention to detail and care they put into high-end pieces is outstanding. I took my suit to the dry cleaner because it had a couple of stains and a slight kitchen smell. It was terrible service. It seemed like they just packed my suit and returned it to me without cleaning it. I picked it up yesterday, and the stains and smell are still there, i had an event yesterday afternoon and I had to wear the suit in those conditions. I didn't notice anything different about my suit. This is the second time this has happened to me, apparently they have a very superficial cleaning system. I just realized from the photo I took that they also delivered it to me without a button. Reading the reviews, I realized that they recently changed management, and since then, everyone has been receiving terrible service.

Have been dropping off my dry cleaning here for many years without any problems. Unfortunately the last time I dropped off a suit for cleaning it came back damaged. They denied any responsibility and now I have to get my suit fixed elsewhere. Be careful if you are leaving expensive clothing with them. Beware if you care for your clothes!
