I recently scheduled a fall maintenance check-up for my furnace with Martensville Plumbing and Heating, and the overall experience, particularly regarding customer service, was highly disappointing. ​The service technician who performed the on-site maintenance was unpersonable and seemed uninterested in engaging or answering basic operational questions. I felt dismissed, which necessitated a follow-up call to the office to get the information I needed. ​My attempt to gain clarity from the office staff was equally frustrating. The lady who answered the phone could not answer any of my technical questions and promised to have the technician return my call. After waiting three days, I never received the promised callback. ​I called the office again this morning to specifically inquire about alternative furnace brands, as I was quoted a brand I did not wish to proceed with. The employee I spoke with was unpleasant and insisted that the company only carried that single brand, offering no helpful alternatives or demonstrating any willingness to discuss options. ​It just doesn't seem like they care about the customer experience. ​A professional service company should exhibit basic courtesy, provide timely follow-through, and offer knowledgeable support—both in the field and in the office. The pervasive lack of professionalism and poor customer service I experienced is why I will not be using Martensville Plumbing and Heating again.

Our AC quiet this weekend! We called first thing Monday, and they got someone out within 2.5 hours and he fixed it! Good pricing and thankful they weren’t closed since tomorrow is a holiday. We were also able to pay right at time of service. Very happy with this company!

We had our furnace go down overnight Saturday and woke up to our house at 13 degrees with no luck to get it going. I called these guys and they responded within an hour to come investigate. We have an older furnace so they had to source the right parts which did take a day or two but they provided us with space heaters that kept it warm. They had to install a few different parts and troubleshoot to get the problem solved and they communicated with us every step of the way and we received amazing professional and prompt service. Lesley was super friendly and bubbly over the phone and great to work with as well when it came to invoicing. They were overall affordable, accommodating, caring, professional, and just a great service to have in our community. We will definitely be using them going forward with all of our plumbing and heating needs!

We had these folks come and rebuild our Lennox garage furnace, and replace our home furnace, and thermostats. Superior workmanship from other very local plumbers in Martensville. Very courteous and clean. Detailed billing, and they also fixed up shotty work from other plumbers. My furnaces work great. These folks ARE professionals from start to finish. They will be getting all of our plumbing/heating/AC needs going forward. Thanks Martensville Plumbing and heating for the value/honesty/integrity in all your efforts. Great asset to our community.

This company offered the best service! Had trouble with my heating today on one of the coldest days of the year. Called them and within 3 hours from the time of my initial call, my heat was running fabulously! Thank you Susie for your tremendous support with even offering a couple preliminary tips ideas to check, and thank you to Dillon for troubleshooting the problem so quickly and for your great customer service also. I would strongly recommend this company to all!!
