Terrific work. Very accommodating and patient with me (admittedly I'm not always the easiest to make contact with). I really appreciated their excellent customer service and understanding. The work quality was great. Great suggestions that went beyond the basic work I asked for that should make not just for a good repair, but a better roof.

Had Kyle and team install a roof on our new home and fix a leak on another building. His team is very hard working , they were professional and showed up on time and cleaned up so you would never even know they were there. Would have no problem recommending them.

Everyone we dealt with (Adam, Kyle, Rob and Matt) was professional, polite and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and had solutions to small challenges found. The workmanship is excellent, and they left the space clean afterwards. From estimate to completion was less that 1 week. We are very happy with the results.

We just had our roof replaced by Marlad and are extremely pleased with the results! Our roof and ceilings had a ventilation issue that caused ice damming and caused a portion of our master bedroom ceiling to collapse. When we did some research, several people recommended Marlad, a local company here in Brampton. The professionals at Marlad were quick to come and inspect our roof, provide a quote and a remedy to prevent the issue from happening again. They were quick to respond via email and answer our multiple questions. The roof job was completed in one day, the soffit and fascia were installed the next day. We asked if someone could install the roof warming cables we bought separately and they did that too. All the people who recommended Marlad to us were right!
