It’s time for me to leave my review after completing my treatment at Market Mall Physio & Chiro with Dr. Daniel Ly and Alyssa. I came in when I could barely move or turn my wrist, and the discomfort was affecting my daily life. Thanks to their professional care, patience, and supportive approach, my condition has improved significantly and I feel much better now. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Agnes Lee is a very professional and knowledgeable physiotherapist. She carefully assessed my condition and explained everything clearly. I can’t say enough good things about our chiropractor, Maddie Rogers. From the very first visit, she made me feel genuinely listened to and cared for, same as with my partner’s experience. What sets her apart is not only her incredible skill and knowledge, but also her warmth, patience, and the way she makes every appointment feel safe and comfortable. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing, checks in throughout the treatment, and truly tailors every session to how I’m feeling that day. First time ever going to physiotherapy, and this place has set my expectations so high. I walked in only knowing physio on a surface level, but throughout my sessions with Enoch and Pelumi, I’ve learned so much and found healing from my 7 year old right trap injury. Enoch is incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed from day one. His dry needling gives me immediate relief every time. Pelumi is so encouraging and knowledgeable with my exercises and stretches, and I genuinely appreciate how supported I feel working with both of them. I had a great experience at Market Mall Physiotherapy. The front desk staff are super friendly. I had Enoch for my 2year old shoulder pain. He is very knowledgeable and professional, asked thoughtful questions and performed thorough assessment and some treatment. His magic hands improved my shoulder’s movement without pain just in my first appointment. I am so grateful for the quick progress. Enoch is amazing. Highly recommend!
