Overall I’m satisfied with the service. The cleaning company did a good job and most areas were very clean. Although I could still see a little bit of dust on some higher parts of the walls, everything else was acceptable. The cleaners arrived on time and were responsible and professional. Customer service was also very responsive and even allowed me to reschedule once, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a positive experience.

This was my first time using this company. I do like the convenience of booking online. They communicate their suggestions well. The cleaners were also friendly and arrived on time. I booked 8 hours of deep cleaning. I was hoping to have blinds cleaned, but was informed they wouldn’t have time to complete that within the 8 hour period . We agreed to prioritize kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room floor and walls, and any noticeable dirty surfaces, walls and doors. I also let them know to skip the interior of the fridge and stove to free up time to complete other routine areas. To start with the positives, they did an absolutely exceptional job cleaning all three bathrooms, as well as the microwave, exterior of the stove and hood, and laundry room walls. The exterior kitchen cabinets looked really great too. Unfortunately- it doesn’t look like the laundry room floor was mopped at all. There were also several surfaces including in the kitchen that weren’t wiped at all or as thoroughly as I’d expect with a deep cleaning . Because we eliminated cleaning the interior of appliances and blinds, and they didn’t have time to clean any bedrooms or upstairs at all with exception to the two bathrooms, or vacuum the carpets or stairs, I’d think that they could have at least dusted the surfaces on the main floor more thoroughly. For reference our entire living space is approximately 2000 so ft.
