I recently visited Maple Ridge Smiles Dental for my dental cleaning and overall check-up, and I had a very positive experience from start to finish. When I arrived at the clinic, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. They made me feel comfortable right away and assisted me with the necessary paperwork. The environment was clean, organized, and professional, which helped ease my nervousness. During my appointment, the dental hygienist carefully examined my teeth and gums before starting the cleaning. They explained each step of the process, which I appreciated because it made me feel informed and reassured. The cleaning included removing plaque and tartar buildup, polishing my teeth, and checking for any signs of gum issues or cavities. The dentist also assessed my existing dental work, especially my plastic crowns on my front teeth. They discussed my concerns about discoloration and explained possible treatment options if I decide to replace them in the future. I appreciated that they were honest and clear about what procedures might require pre-authorization and what would be covered under the dental care plan. Overall, the team assisted me with everything my teeth needed at the time from professional cleaning to evaluation of my restorations. They answered my questions patiently and gave helpful advice on how to properly care for my teeth at home to maintain good oral health. My experience was smooth, informative, and reassuring. I felt supported throughout the process and confident that my dental health is in good hands.

Today I visited Maple Ridge Smiles Dental, and I was absolutely delighted with the service. I truly loved the care I received, from the evaluation, my dental cleaning to the exam, and even the help with appointments and quotes. Everything was explained clearly and the entire process was so smooth and pleasant. I recently moved to Maple Ridge and needed to change dental clinic, and I’m genuinely grateful that I chose them for myself and my family. The experience exceeded my expectations.
