Kudos to the swim instructor This morning while my child was at lessons, I observed another child who was hesitant to go in the water. They appeared anxious. A few minutes later another instructor joined the class, and with play, pretend, and some one on one attention, the other child was in the water, laughing, and clearly getting more comfortable with the pool and learning while having some fun. To the swim instructor, keep it up, you clearly have a gift, and it really warmed my heart to see this!

The staff don’t want to help people register at the front. They keep telling me to go online and register but I can never find the login. It’s impossible to find. So I went to the front desk and they also couldn’t find it. They had to get another staff and she didn’t even know, she did figure it out eventually. But the login should be on the front page or at the very least in the menu. If the staff can’t even find the login there’s a huge problem.

I really enjoy the pool and facilities, only wishes are that they stay opened later than 8 on weekends and 9 on weekdays. Being a commuter to Vancouver i find it challenging to get into the facility for a workout, then length swim/sauna during the week. Id use it much more often with longer hours.

Have only used the gym. Gets 3 stars because it has great equipment, its all super clean and the staff are really friendly. It loses 2 stars because theres always hoards of high-school students crowding equipment and being loud and obnoxious. They often hijack areas for more than 30 minutes. I have a baby and a wife to support, I want to be able to get in and do quick workouts after work and get back to my family, but because of rude and selfish teenagers I either always have to cut my session short, or spend double the amount of time just standing around while 8 kids slowly take turns on machines while messing around.

My favorite indoor pool in the lower mainland offers a fantastic experience. Here are the highlights: 1. The water and facilities are modern and clean, especially considering how busy the pool areas can get. 2. There is a 25-cent fee for locker use. 3. The entry fee is $6. 4. Amenities include a steam room, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, lazy river in the kids' section, lap pools, and a tube slide. 5. The staff is friendly and accommodating. 6. There are plenty of lifeguards on duty. 7. The pool area is well-maintained, and guests are generally respectful. 8. There are gender-neutral changing areas, some of which have showers, toilets, and small seating areas that can accommodate families of 2 to 4 people. 9. The best time to go for adult swim is on weekdays, between 7 AM and 3 PM. Weekends tend to be busy. Overall, it's a wonderful place to swim!
