Went for an oil change on July 10, 2025. The service advisor let me know there has been issues with my oil leaking. He said that since I am under 100,000 km that it might be covered under warranty and would call me back. It is now December 11, 2025 and I still haven't received a call back. I called and left him a message last month and still haven't received a call. Very poor service and i'm deeply disappointed.

Honestly if you want a real buyers experience.. Do not ever buy from a guy name Lui! They will put you in a hole!! I bought a 2018 Traverse from them got all the work done for it and it still wasn’t done right.. Smelled oil for a whole year until i had to give it back to the banks! It was so bad and no one could figure out what was the oil smell….. Sad to say one if there own managers didn’t even bother to call me back on the problem i was experiencing… Never buy a vehicle from them they will leave you hanging honestly!!! They’re all about the money only sadly.

Jeff Wilson @Mann Northway Motors, I’m just speechless!! Have no words to express my gratitude.. after I called and explained that I had a long journey ahead of me and my car had some serious problems with the rear wheel and the dealership was already closed. But you again went beyond my expectations by calling in a mechanic on a weekend just to fix the broken links on the rear wheel. Me and my family are sincerely grateful for your kindness and support,You always make us feel so important whenever we visit your dealership. Google has only 5 Stars my friend but you deserve a million stars because nothing compares.. Thank you once again Jeff Wilson and to the mechanic who came on his day off. We really appreciate your services as always.
