I will never go back to this salon. A year ago, I gave it five stars because of the service. This weekend, I brought my daughter for her first haircut, and I also wanted a blowdry and style so she could see what my daughter wanted, since she liked my haircut. When we arrived, there was no greeting or acknowledgment—she was busy doing someone’s eyebrows. After she finished her other customer, she asked what kind of haircut we wanted and if we had a picture, again without smiling or greeting. I asked if she could do my blowdry and style first to get an idea, and she agreed. Throughout, there was no communication. After she finished, I asked if everything was okay since it was my daughter’s first time getting a layered cut and I didn’t want to ruin it. She said that during the blow-drying, we didn't talk. I clarified that I was actually referring to something else—since we arrived, there hadn't been any smile or greeting at all. Anyway, I paid and left. Fortunately, I found a wonderful hair salon called 5911 Hair Salon just across the street, where they gave my daughter an excellent haircut and provided fantastic service.

Had a full body wax yesterday and it was a great experience! The esthetician was professional, made me feel comfortable, and worked efficiently. Some areas were a little sensitive, but the results were totally worth it — my skin felt super smooth with minimal irritation. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Friendly & Professional Tone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now and always have a great experience! The staff are kind, professional, and attentive. They always make sure I’m comfortable and happy with the results. The service is efficient, and I’ve never had to wait long — definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality beauty care!

Waited an hour for eyebrows and never ended up getting them done kept being told “5 minutes” and had to leave. No ideal, also heard lots of people in the salon having complaints while there so not sure the quality of hair service either
