My strata contacted them for a leak issue that I had in my place. For the first visit they charged me $500+ for just finding the issue. The agent couldn't take out the washer dryer by himself so he said they have to have at least two people. For the second visit they sent two people, but they didn't bring the slider to take out the washer and dryer, so they disappeared for one hour to bring it. After investigation, they found the issue and they mentioned that they fixed it. I was charged for $1500+ for their second visit. After two weeks I noticed leak from the same place. When I called, they initially said that you have to pay the balance first. I can't use the washer and one of the showers. They cancelled the third visit because they said they are short on staff. The issue is still not fixed. And, I'm waiting for them to reschedule. Not happy with their service at all.

Our facility ran into a major problem of water backing up all our drains from deteriorated blocked old pipes. Service was amazing and informative with prompt and pleasant technicians. We've had them back for multiple other jobs that have come up and always pleased with results. Highly recommend!

The cost is astonishing. The person works hard for four hours and company charge me $1100 which includes their equipment rental. I feel so confused. For labour I pay $690 and the rest is equipment use which also includes the guy going back to get powerful tools. After one week the sink water flow slowly again and I rarely use that sink. Anyway the fix cost is extremely high and the problem not completely solved.

Emergency service of leaking sink/tap with 24 guests arriving the next day for a celebration of life for deceased. Very prompt, mindful of removing shoes and cleaning up after the service which included shopping for new faucet and returning to install same, extremely thoughtful and thorough. Thank you
