Rude and Unprofessional Staff Member I had a poor experience due to the unprofessional and rude attitude of a staff member. I was asking a simple clarifying question about the difference between a "first time teeth checking" and a "general checking". Instead of providing a clear answer, the staff member responded unhelpfully, saying, "I told you first time checking is covered by insurance every 2 calendar year and general checking is covered every 6 months. You told me what’s the difference." This lack of clarity and her dismissive tone made the interaction very unpleasant. I expect better service and professionalism from clinic staff.

I’ve been seeing Susan for my dental hygiene care, and I can honestly say she’s the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly caring, professional, and makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. Now my whole family, including my child, is with the Main Street dental team — and we couldn’t be happier. The clinic is always spotless, well-managed, and we feel genuinely welcomed every time we visited. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Ho at Main Street Dental Team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Ho is incredibly professional, kind, and patient.she took the time to explain every step of my treatment and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her gentle approach and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful visit completely comfortable. The entire team is friendly, efficient, and clearly committed to high-quality care. I’m so glad to have found such a great dental office. Highly recommend Dr. Ho and the Main Street Dental Team to anyone looking for compassionate, top-notch dental care!

Came in for a wisdom tooth removal. I had a great experience. Dr.Ho and the staff were great. I asked for a stress ball and they gave me a little teddy to hold on too. And I got to take my tooth home! Highly recommend if your a local or need a new dentist. After care steps were provided, as well. Located in main street Unionville and Highway 7. You can't miss good service. Parking at the back. Personalized care, clear and friendly - gold star service.
