EXCEPTIONAL!! From first phone call to final invoice. Mattia was on top of communication and scheduling. On the first call, he scheduled an on site estimate. The day he came over, I had an estimate that night. I was able to schedule within a week for two full days of work. The work was completed as expected, when expected. Him and Kyle cleaned up after each day of work. The biggest compliments are their awareness of this being a home. Each time they left and re entered, they removed their shoes (outside), watched for sneaky cat escapes and watched for my toddler who could have been behind the door. While on site communication was as it should have been. Focused on the work, but had me make decisions when needed. Between booking and work commencing, we needed some surprise plumbing support. Mattia responded to me within an hour both times and he was able to add in the extra work the day of the scheduled work no problem. (He could have come sooner, I suggested same day). Vacuum clean end of day and communication when they left and what to expect moving forward. Fair priced, billed appropriately, and outstanding communication. We will be using Maestro in the future for all out plumbing needs!

Fantastic service!!! He was here on time and very kind, respectful and efficient. He showed me what he was doing and taught me how to assemble and disassemble my fireplace. Answered all my questions and also took a quick peak at another issue in my home! 100% will use them again!

Extremely Disappointed with Service and Lack of Accountability I hired this company for a diagnostic check on my AC, and unfortunately, the experience was a disaster. The technician Mattia arrived and immediately began dismantling my AC unit. During the process, he kept dropping parts and screws, which should have been a major red flag. To make matters worse, he dropped the AC door onto the floor, causing significant damage to both the door and my drywall. He assured me that he would reach out to the manufacturer to explore warranty options and would order a replacement door. However, after weeks of waiting with no updates, I reached out to follow up. Initially, I was understanding, assuming he might have been on vacation or busy, but it became clear that he was avoiding me. Despite multiple calls and texts, he failed to provide any updates or even respond to my inquiries. In fact, he eventually blocked my number, which left me no way to contact him. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Not only did Mattia cause damage to my property, but he also ghosted me afterward and refused to take responsibility for the situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as they lack professionalism and basic customer service.

Outstanding service, highly recommend this company! We had an absolutely nightmarish experience with another plumbing and heating company (TEK out of Maple Ridge). We converted our home heating system over to a heat pump system. When our mini-split units were defective TEK left us high and dry and ghosted us. We went several months with only half of our system working. With winter approaching, we were forced to look elsewhere to remedy our situation and ended up getting in touch with Matteo at MAESTRO. He was our saviour, absolutely amazing service! Matteo was very quick to respond & attend to our house , he assessed the issues we were experiencing and within a few days had replaced the affected units and got our system up and running again. Very personable, professional, reliable, and efficient. I have been telling everyone about how great a job he did. Matteo clearly knows what he’s doing and it was demonstrated in the great quality of service he provided!!!!

Mattia was awesome. Super responsive from the first day I contacted him and quickly showed up to my home. He went above and beyond and checked everything from the furnace, hot water tank and safety of the home. He did a great job with the plumbing work. Super quick and efficient. He's a great professional! I would highly recommend him!
