I called Madge Custom Roofing in an emergency. A racoon had pulled some wood shakes, and we were beginning to get water ingress. No other company responded, and Dale came and fixed it in the rain on a Friday night. He made such a good impression, that we ended up replacing our enormous wood shake roof with standing seam metal. Dale was a great communicator, and employed skilled teams for removal of shakes, plywood prep, and metal install. He was on the site regularly making sure his team had what they needed to make it as efficient as possible. Our house now has an architectural feature, as our beautiful metal roof shows off complex angles and shapes.

Been using Madge for years but I received service above & beyond recently. Had a house for sale in the Fintry area & Dale (from the Vernon office) made time to fit an inspection in to check into some Buyer concerns. Found some problems & made a special weekend trip out there to handle them. Then made a 3rd, after hours, trip out to re-check another Buyer concern. In the end, buyer concerns were to put to rest & deal proceeded. Thanks much-awesome service!!

Dale of Madge was referred to me by my realtor. I needed some small jobs eg cutting a hole in the roof for a vent and replacing a cracked cap, on a tight time turnaround, and of course it would be during an extreme cold snap in winter. Dale gave prompt estimates and also came out immediately, twice. He charged a modest price especially considering that this was a service call and took up his time with travel for a small job. He was courteous and responsive throughout. I intend to use Dale for my future larger roofing needs. I would recommend him!

Madge replaced and installed our roof about 10 years ago. The process at that time was excellent and the team was professional and very accommodating. The product has been very good and still looks new. Recently we had a solar installation from a different company and during that time we were advised that two vents had deteriorated and cracked. I called Madge looking for advice and even though the warranty on the roof did not cover the vents we were very surprised at the offer to come and fix our problem Dale contacted me and replaced the vents in 38 C heat. We would highly recommend Madge for any and all roofing needs. They were exceptional 10 years ago and still are

I wanted my asphalt shingles replaced with new asphalt shingles before winter set in. Called 3 different roofers but went with Madge because they promptly returned my call and provided a competitive estimate the next day.. They scheduled me in within two weeks. A crew of 5 knowledgeable. hard working roofers showed up and within 4 days the roof was completed. When they left they cleaned up all the small debris. They warrantied their work. Very easy to deal with. Emil
